Our meetings

Fasting Friends meetings are held live on Google Meet, which is free video conferencing software similar to Zoom. Meetings are held every Thursday and we alternate between an earlier meeting and a later meeting week by week, 2:00 PM Eastern Time and 8:00 PM Eastern Time.

We will send a reminder email each week with the meeting link.

Meetings run about an hour and everyone is welcome to participate!
